UFFFFF.......... Ich habe das Ganze wohl etwas mißverständlich formuliert! Ich meinte die Sache mit der Pflichterfüllung mehr allgemein. Und Bela's Rat an die Polizeibeamten sich davonzuschleichen, fand ich nicht gerade gut. Wer diesen Beruf wählt, der muß notfalls sein Leben einsetzen um in Not geratenen Menschen zu helfen. Wenn man es ablehnt, sich für andere Menschen für wenig Geld und noch weniger Rückhalt seitens der Vorgesetzten und des Staates in Gefahr zu begeben, habe ich dafür Verständnis. DANN darf man aber nicht Polizist sein. GRUß

In der bayerischen Finanzverwaltung werden Verwaltungsakte NIEMALS per Fax zugestellt, auch nicht vorab. Entweder mit gewöhnlichem Brief (normale Steuerbescheide, etc) oder bei sehr wichtigen Verwaltungsakten per Postzustellungsurkunde. Rechtsmittel der Betroffenen können dagegen sehr wohl per Fax eingelegt werden. Dies wird auch relativ häufig von Fristschindern genutzt, die die gesetzlichen Rechtsbehelfsfristen bis zur letzten Viertelstunde ausschöpfen. GRUß

Ich finde es heuchlerisch, wenn sich Mr. Crosby öffentlich GEGEN das verdeckte Tragen von Waffen und gegen "automatische" Waffen (er meinte damit sicher auch halbautomatische) ausspricht und dann später mit einer "automatic pistol", einem Messer und Rauschgift erwischt wird. Das war übrigens nicht der erste Waffenrechtsverstoß von Mr. Crosby. Und so einer hat die Chutzpe anderen Leuten das Recht auf das verdeckte Führen von Waffen und den Besitz halbautomatischer Waffen absprechen zu wollen. GRUß

No other industry gets such special treatment under law. The NRA liked that part of the legislation, of course. But some Democrats and Republicans had added amendments to renew the federal ban on assault guns and require background checks on firearms buyers at gun shows. Polls show that most Americans strongly support these sensible provisions. With something that pro- and anti-gun advocates really wanted and something that they'd have to hold their nose to support, the final package covered no one with glory. But that's not the point. Heute war ein dramatischer Tag für alle US-Legalwaffenbesitzer. Im US-Senat wurde über S. 1805 abgestimmt, eine Gesetzesvorlage des US-Senators Larry Craig (R-ID) über die Immunität der US-Waffenindustrie vor substanzlosen Zivilklagen, die lediglich das Ziel haben, die Waffenfirmen durch Anwalts- und Gerichtskosten mittelfristig in den Ruin zu treiben. Diese Gesetzesvorlage wurde von den Waffengegnern in Senat, allen voran durch die fanatisch hoplophobe Senatorin Dianne Feinstein (D-CA) mit zahlreichen inakzeptablen Anhängseln (Amendments) wie eine Verlängerung des Clinton'schen "assault weapon ban" um weitere 10 Jahre, das Verbot von Waffenbörsen und weitere Widerwärtigkeiten ergänzt. Diese ergänzte Gesetzesvorlage wurde mit 52 zu 47 Stimmen und einer Enthaltung angenommen. Dabei stimmten 10 Senatoren der Republikaner FÜR das Gesetz, aber auch 6 Demokraten dagegen. Daraufhin beantragte der Initiator dieser Gesetzesvorlage - Senator Craig - diese wieder zu streichen und nicht dem Repräsentantenhaus zur Entscheidung vorzulegen. Dieser Antrag wurde mit 90 Ja-Stimmen, 8 Nein-Stimmen und 2 Enthaltungen angenommen. Damit ist die US-Waffenindustrie weiterhin von einer Flut von Zivilprozessen bedroht, genau so wie der US-Tabakkonzerne. Auf der anderen Seite jedoch ist die Verlängerung des "assault weapon ban" unwahrscheinlicher geworden, das der Senat die beste Gelegenheit dazu soeben nicht genutzt hat. Und im Repräsentantenhaus haben legalwaffenfreundliche Abgeordnete die Oberhand. Die heißen Pulvergase schmelzun nur den Geschossboden ein kleines bißchen an. Nicht den Geschosskern. Wenn der Geschossboden aus Blei besteht, dann werden nach jedem Schuss ein paar Milligramm gasförmiges Blei rausgepustet, bzw, lagern sich im Lauf ab. So was ist ungesund, bzw. führt zu erhöhtem Waffenreinigungsaufwand. GRUß

Laut Sellier/Kneubuehl "Wundballistik und ihreballistischen Grundlagen" wird das Geschoss zuerst durch die heißen Pulvergase am Geschossheck erwärmt. Dann folgt Erwärmung durch das Einpressen in die Züge und die Reibung des Geschossmantels im Lauf. Diese Faktoren führen zu einer Oberflächentemteratur des Geschosses bei Verlassen des Laufs von 160-170 Grad Celsius. Alleine durch die Luftreibung wird ein Geschoss je nach Vo auf ca. 50-80 Grad erhitzt. Zu beachten wäre aber wiederum ein Kühlungseffekt des Geschosses nach dem Verlassen des Laufs durch die Luftströmung. Die Geschosserwärmung durch Laufreibung und Luftwiderstand reicht aber nicht aus, um ein Geschoss bakteriell zu sterilisieren. Die Zeit, in der die Hitze auf die Keime einwirken kann, bis es im Ziel auftrifft ist dafür zu kurz. Auch ist ein Geschoss nicht in der Lage, Gewebe beim Auftreffen durch die Rotationsenergie thermisch zu schädigen, da diese weniger als 0,5% der gesamten Kinetischen Energie des Geschosses beträgt.
