Der erste Absatz las sich noch interessant, bei 6.3.1 kommt mir das Schokobrötchen wieder hoch.

Civilians should not be permitted to acquire or possess a magazine capable of holding more than 10 rounds of ammunition.

The validity of a small arms licence shall be limited in time; i.e. it shall have an expiry date after which

it is no longer valid. The expiry date shall be clearly marked on the licence.

The validity of a small arms licence should be limited to reasonable period of time (e.g. 3 to 5 years).

Multiple small arms may be stored in the same sturdy, locked container but shall not be stored in the

same container as their ammunition.

The ballistic signatures of small arms (i.e. the unique markings they leave on spent cartridge cases

and fired bullets) may also be recorded as part of the registration process (see ISACS 05.31, Tracing

illicit small arms and light weapons, for information on the INTERPOL Ballistic Information Network

(IBIN), which can be used to link small arms to crimes).

Du hast genau die gleichen fürchterlichen Stellen markiert, die mir auch aufgefallen sind.

Interessant daran ist auch mal wieder, dass die Ergebnisse von eigenen Studien ignoriert werden, wenn sie nicht ins Weltbild passen:

Die Module der ISACS waren ursprünglich von folgenden Annahmen ausgegangen:

Mehr Waffen bedeuten mehr Gewalt.

Mehr Waffenkontrolle führt automatisch zu weniger Gewalt

Waffen führen automatisch zu mehr Toten.

Die Studien haben jedoch ergeben:

In Staaten mit vielen legalen Privatwaffenbesitzern führen viele Waffen zu weniger Gewalt.

Die Entwaffnung rechtstreuer Bürger führt nicht zu weniger Gewalt

Eine Waffe ist ein Werkzeug und wie jedes Werkzeug kann sie für Schlechtes oder Gutes genutzt werden.

Sein Fazit: Leider wird diese Erfahrung sich jedoch NICHT in den ISO Richtlinien der ISACS wiederfinden, da den Verantwortlichen der Inhalt nicht gefiel.
