Califax Posted February 28, 2016 at 11:06 PM Share Posted February 28, 2016 at 11:06 PM (edited) "grundsätzlich" in Juristendeutsch heißt, "im Prinzip verboten, aber es existieren dafür Ausnahmen" (nämlich in dem Fall "Notwehr"). Daß man mit einer SSW außerhalb einer Notwehrsituation nicht drohen, zielen oder schießen darf, müßte eigentlich jedem Sachkundigen klar sein.
