Police officers face weapons of every description every day -- from "Hello Kitty Key Chains" that turn out to be razor sharp knives to guns concealed in cigarette packs. ABC News regularly reports on the phenomena. But this gun is unusual even in that mix. It is advertised as the smallest fully functional revolver in the world. But it packs an outsized punch. According to the Swiss manufacturer's website, "This firearm is a scaled-down model of the much acclaimed and mystical Colt Python with all the same features as are found on the real size gun." Police officers have been advised to watch out for the gun, which fires miniature ammunition that could take an eye out at close range. "The manufacture of this exceptional miniature revolver has only been possible by exploiting the incomparable expertise and latest technologies of the Swiss Watch and Jewelery Industry, upon which its worldwide reputation is built. Die Energiedichte bei einem so kleinkalibrigen Geschoss ist nicht ohne! Eine gewisse Durchschlagskraft ist da schon vorhanden. Als Beispiel wenn du eine Katheter Untersuchung machts stichst du mit einem bis zu 3 mm grossen Katheter in die Femoralis, anschliessent wird komprimiert. Wo es schlecht aussieht ist bei der Arterie die sich unter dem Schlüsselbein befindet, da ist ein grösseres Loch meistens tödlich. Auch miterlebt als ein Vollidiot :evil: sie mit einem Dialyse Katheter angebohrt hat und als er es gemerkt hatte diesen wieder rausgezogen hat. Hätte er den Katheter drin gelassen würde das Mädchen noch leben. Es kommt immer wieder vor (sollte nicht), das man auss Versehen in die Halsschlagader sticht das geht meistens gut aus. Ich habe übrigens einen Skiunfall miterlebt wo eine Mutter aus versehen mit den Skiern über das Handgelenk ihres Sohnes gefahren ist. Die Arteria radialis war ganz durch und baumelte da so rum, aber die Arterie hatte sich so zu gezogen das es kaum geblutet hat, sauberer Schnitt halt. Die Fachzeitungen (von meiner Frau) sind ja z.T. ganz interessant und ich finde, dass man auch als Laie einiges lernen kann - z.B. wegen der ganzen Vogelgrippe-Geschichte. Aber nicht nur der Unfallbereich, auch die normalen Krankheiten - um Gottes Willen, was man alles haben kann .... da kann man sich ja auch gleich ein Loch innen Kopf schiessen, das schmerzt wenigstens nicht so ......
