Zurzeit versucht er ein Verbot von Gebrauchspistolen und -Revolver für das sportliche Schießen durchzukriegen ("die böse Glock-Pistole, Erfurt! Was hat das mit Sportschießen zu tun!") Der hat doch jeglichen Realitätsbezug verloren!!! Wie will er denn "Gebrauchs"-Kurzwaffen von "Sport"-Kurzwaffen abgrenzen??? Kriterium langer Lauf, verstellbares Visier und Kompensator? Oder wie, oder was??? Wie will er denn seinen Vorgesetzten beibringen, dass die im Mi0brauchsfall" tödlicheren SPORTwaffen (höhere Schußpräzision, bessere Zielauffassung durch kontrastreiche, verstellbare Visiere, höhere Geschosgeschwindigkeit durch längere Läufe) "ungefährlicher" sind als die "bösen" GEBRAUCHSwaffen, die diese Vorteile NICHT aufweisen??? Selbst ein Ministerialbürokrat muß diese offenkundigen Widersprüche durchschauen. Offensichtlich ist B. schwer verzweifelt, da ihm die Zeit davonläuft (BALD kommt der MAI ) und er merkt, dass seine feuchten Träume in Sachen Waffenrechtsverschärfung ausgeträumt sind. Experienced with the advantages of a repeating arm in combat, Walker teamed up with Samuel Colt in 1846 to develop what was to become the most sought after of the Hartford Model Colt percusion revolvers.
