Die deutsche Entsprechung findet man z.B. in der juristischen Rechtfertigung, warum Waffenaufbewahrungskontrollen zwar kostenlos sein sollen, da sie der Allgemeinheit dienen, es aber trotzdem nicht sind. Und Selbstschutz wird nun einmal dezidiert genannt. Ich reiche es einmal diese Tage an einen Anwalt weiter, der in Ö und USA studiert hat, aber IMHO werden hier mögliche Bedürfnisgründe aufgezählt.
